A Community bulletin board (CBB) is a digital signage system that Public, educational, and government access cable television providers use as a Barker channel to keep communities up to date of events listings, weather and other news that can be delivered by using digital on-screen graphic s. The electronic bulletin board concept is a form of Technological convergence.
